Punctuality is another word that defines our service. Ensures timely as long as the reservation was made with a minimum of 12 hours in advance. We do not accept bookings of less than 30 minutes if the collection is in Bilbao or nearby surroundings;or reservations of less than 1-2 hours if the collection was in the outlying towns known as Gran Bilbao.

Services outside of the goods.

We have several services that identify us as pioneers in the field of technology:

-Our vehicles are equipped with GPS technology for locating destinations and location of the vehicle itself.

-We accept payment by credit or debit card, even accept American Express, service not implemented in all card payment terminals.

-Service mobile internet connection through wifi. We are pioneers in our area to implement this service in our vehicles.

Service-print documents. Mobile printers have installed in our vehicles, using a Bluetooth connection.
